Out of 15,000+ official CrossFit affiliates globally, CrossFit York was the 396th, opening its doors in 2008. Our coaching staff boasts a diversity of experience and expertise. Rusty Mirasol, owner and lead coach, is a CF-L2, USA Power Lifting Sports Coach, and National Level USAW Lead Instructor.

Co-owner Madeline Mirasol, Ph.D, has a CF-L2, USAW Sports Performance Coach Certification, USA Power Lifting Sports Coach Certification, and ISSA Sports Nutrition Certification.
