We’re Celebrating 10 Years… and Still Going Strong
This Saturday from 10 – 3, CrossFit York will open its doors for past, present and future members to come in, enjoy a wod-blast from the past, and socialize with other new and old members.
We will have food and beverages — any contribution to the party is welcome but not necessary.
Rusty has hand-picked 10 workouts, one from each year of the gym’s existence. At the top of each hour, we’ll run two workouts in commemoration. You can view [DOWNLOAD] the schedule here and choose which workouts you’d like to do.
Come early, stay the whole time — or just drop in for a little while. Whatever you choose, we’ll be happy to see you!
