Are you CrossFit curious? Interested in seeing what your friends have been talking about, but not ready to make a full-on commitment? Do you want to try CrossFit out — but you feel like you need to “get in shape” first?
This is a two-week session, with a total of eight 1-hour training classes. You will learn and develop the following:
In a small group setting, you will have individual instruction that meets you at your current fitness and skill levels, with special attention to safety and injury prevention. All CrossFit York Basic Training classes are led by coaches who hold a CrossFit Level 2 certification and a USA Weightlifting certification.
The next CrossFit York Basic Training class begins on Monday, November 26. The sessions are on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday either at 730am or 6pm.
Cost is $75 for EARLY REGISTRATION (before November 19).Cost increases to $85 after November 19. We have LIMITED spaces — so don’t wait to sign up. Sign ups for this session will CLOSE on Monday, November 26.
