Are you CrossFit curious? Interested in seeing what your friends have been talking about, but not ready to make a full-on commitment? Do you want to try CrossFit out — but you feel like you need to “get in shape” first?
This is a two-week session, with a total of eight 1-hour training classes. You will learn and develop the following:
In a small group setting, you will have individual instruction that meets you at your current fitness and skill levels, with special attention to safety and injury prevention. All CrossFit York Basic Training classes are led by coaches who hold a CrossFit Level 2 certification and a USA Weightlifting certification.
The next CrossFit York Basic Training class begins on Monday October 29. The sessions are on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday either at 730am or 6pm.
Cost is $75 if you sign up to reserve your spot BEFORE October 22! Prices increase after October 22, and we are limiting the number of spaces — so don’t wait to sign up.
