This year is all about the twos: two-person teams will take on two sets of workouts over two weeks. It starts September 20 and ends October 2.

It’s gonna be fun. Some challenging WODs. Think sweat angels and high-fives and “I-haven’t-gone-that-hard-in-months!” Y’all need to bring it.
