June 21: Susquehanna Biathlon run up, paddle down. 5K (ish) run from John Wright restaurant in Wrightsville, then a canoe paddle back down the river. Support the stewards of the lower Susquehanna! Info available at the box and at:


July 4th: The CrossFit York Summer Classic will be held at Santander Field, where the York Revolution play. Click on “Special Events” on for more information and for the link to register your team! We are already receiving registrations, so don’t delay!


Be Like Lindsay—Send her to Nationals! Heavy: CrossFit York athletes being awesome!

Last week a few of our athletes completed the Murph Challenge. Many of them did Murph (Run 1 mile, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, run 1 mile) after or in addition to another WOD.
