CrossFit York’s 6-Week Challenge!

On AUGUST 21, we’ll begin the CrossFit York Beginner 6-Week Challenge. For six weeks, we’ll offer beginning CrossFit classes for anyone who is interested in trying CrossFit to for health, fitness, and body-changing benefits.

In addition, participants in the Challenge will get access to nutrition programming, weekly check-ins, and strategies for lifestyle changes to best serve their goals and workouts.

Challenge classes will be offered MWF at 7am and 630pm. Participants must commit to three days of training per week, and will be required to follow our nutrition programming.
