6-Week Challenge! BEGINS AUGUST 21

Are you ready to make your health and fitness a priority? Are you willing to work hard, change your nutrition habits, and make a commitment? CrossFit York is currently taking applications for a limited-space 6-week challenge that includes individualized goal-setting, 3X week training sessions, and nutrition support.

These sessions are engineered for beginning CrossFitters, but programmed for serious success — which means we are accepting serious participants ONLY. If you cannot commit to working hard both in and out of the gym, this challenge is not for you.
