- 2-2:30 p.m. — Fitness Challenge (continued as necessary).
- 2:30 p.m. — Fitness Challenge Final: 3-rep max. deadlift.
“Amazing Grace”
For time: 30 clean-and-jerks
- Floor to rack to overhead; arms and knees must lock out with bar overhead.
- Rx: 135 lbs. for men, 95 lbs. for women; scaled weight is 115 lbs./65 lbs./55 lbs.
- Placement order is male: 1. 135 lbs.; 2. 115 lbs.; 3. 95 lbs. 4. 65 lbs.; female: 95 lbs; 2. 65 lbs; 3. 55 lbs.
- 12-min. time cap.
- Sign-up for time and position, adjust weight as necessary, do not remove weights from the position area.
- Two competitors per position; one person works, the other person counts and ensures proper movement. At the completion of the session, the people switch positions and the next session begins.
- Record time on score card.
Fitness Challenge
Scoring: the overall standings will be based on a point system where the top finisher of each event will receive a max amount of points, the subsequent finishers will receive progressively less points. The points from each event will be totaled and the competitors will be ranked from most points to the fewest points. The person with the most points is the winner.
Pull-up, max reps.
- Full arm extension, chin over the bar. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Sign up for position (choose), two competitors per position; one person works, the other person counts and ensures proper movement. At the completion of everyone in the session, people switch positions and the next session begins.
- Touching the box/ floor terminates the session.
- Band use and ring use is acceptable. Placement will be as follows: 1. Rx’d on the bar; 2. Rx’d on rings; 3. red band; 4. blue band; 5. green band
Burpee, max reps in 1 min.
- Chest and thighs must touch the floor, full extension overhead with air under the feet, overhead hand clap. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Toes to Bar, Max rep in 1 min.
- From the hang, both feet must touch the bar. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Broken sets are acceptable.

Sprint, 400m

From the starting line, sprint and circle around the 200m marker. Time terminates at the crossing of the start/finish line.
Deadlift, 3-rep max.
- Men and women compete on same bar at the same time in an Olympic weightlifting-style format.
- Weight will start at 95 lbs. and will continue to increase. Weight will not decrease.
- Each competitor has three attempts to determine their 3-rep. max.
- Both hands must remain in contact with the bar through for all 3 reps.
- Full hip and knee extension at the top of the lift with shoulders pulled back, controlled decent.
