Performance Focus: Handstands (Push-Up and Walk)
Why is it important?
One of the most important components of CrossFit is gymnastics: pull-ups, ring work, and basic body weight movements. The core stability, body alignment, balance, and strength required in being upside down transfer directly to other movements we use in CrossFit, like barbell work, as well as in everyday life. Plus, they're fun.
