Regardless of individual fitness goals, background, or athletic ability, everyone will benefit from being leaner, faster, and stronger. CrossFit York accomplishes these goals through an increase in work capacity and improved movement efficiency. We utilize compound functional movements that you know and have done: running, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, jumping, and throwing. We’ll include weights and other implements to further improve in these areas. The training environment is designed to maximize your success. You’ll have a coach at every session to ensure safe and efficient movements. The workouts are measurable and repeatable to test and retest progress. Finally, you will have several supporting, motivating, and encouraging training partners who are striving towards the same goals.
