Take advantage of a rare opportunity to workout at Santander Stadium, home of the York Revolution, while supporting an awesome cause.
At noon on October 18th CrossFit York will take the field for a CrossFit style WOD (workout of the day). Heats of 20 athletes will start every 30 minutes. If you are unfamiliar with the movements, no worries! Simply show early to watch and get instruction from our experienced coaches.
Your WOD for THON! registration includes admission to the THON concert at Santander Stadium following the WOD. Artists include Kingsfoil, Dana Alexandra, and TK Tavi. In addition, proceeds will go to thon.org, Penn State’s student-run philanthropy organization (and the largest of its kind in the world!).

1 minute of max rep kettle bell swings
1 minute of max rep box jumps
1 minute of max rep sprints between bases
1 minute of max rep push ups
1 min of max rep thrusters
1 minute of rest
Score= total reps from all 3 rounds
Cost: $50 until Oct. 13th, $60 after Oct. 13th
