If you see Bailey Druck before this Wednesday, be sure to give him a hearty “LIFT BIG” and high five as prepares to travel with his coach, Rusty Mirasol, to compete in USA Weightlifting’s Youth Nationals in Daytona Beach, FL, this coming weekend. GOOOO BAILEY!
Extra Credit: If you arrive to your session a bit early, or if you have some time once the WOD is finished, check out the top of the white board for “Extra Credit.” These weekly movements are programmed to give you a leg up on skill work and to improve your overall performance and strength. We’re extending last week’s parallette work into this week to make sure everyone gets a chance at that V-sit!

Last week a few of our athletes completed the Murph Challenge. Many of them did Murph (Run 1 mile, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, run 1 mile) after or in addition to another WOD.
